Choosing the right Credit Card

Card Features
Taking a little time to differentiate between the different cards on
offer will certainly provide you with longer term benefits – particularly
if you are honest with yourself about your financial management.
If you know that you’ll use your card to pay for things now that
you can’t really afford, then you’re likely to end up paying
large amounts of interest on your purchases. For people in this situation
you should go for the lowest interest, no frills card that you can get
(again, make sure to check the hidden costs). For those people with
a better handle on their finances, and who can reasonably predict that
they can pay off the full balance on or before the due date each month,
then cards that offer something extra in the way of rewards would be
a better bet.
At the end of the day it’s a ‘buyer’s market’
(unless you have a bad credit history, in which case you’ll probably
be very limited in the type of cards on offer to you), so compare which
ever cards you are interested in and pay particular attention to any
punitive and administration charges that will be enforced on the card
before signing up.
